If we fall short of your capacity's guaranteed number in any year: ₹8 per missing unit, paid automatically.
Say your 5kW system generates 5,800 units in a year instead of its guaranteed 6,000. You get ₹8 × 200 = ₹1,600, credited to you automatically between January and March. No forms, no claims process — we track it, we pay it.
Your generation is tracked through the data logger and inverter attached to your system. If a few days of data are missing — say, due to an internet or logger issue — we don't just skip those days. We fill the gap using the average generation from the rest of that month, so your reading stays fair and accurate.
Example: if a month generates 300 units total and 2 days of data are missing, we take the average across the remaining 28 days — 11 units/day — and credit that for the missing days too. Final reading: 322 units for the month.
Your 5-year guarantee period begins the day your system is synchronized to the grid — not the day you sign the order, not the day of installation. From that date, five full annual cycles are covered.

Solar panels lose a little output every year — that's normal ageing, not a flaw. So every 5 years, at AMC renewal time, we re-guarantee your generation at a number 5% lower than your original guaranteed figure. Renew your AMC, and your guarantee renews with it — fresh, in writing, for another 5 years.
